Welcome to Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center (formerly known as Physicians Laser Center), which has three convenient office locations in Bethesda, Annapolis and Arlington.

Morgan Gale
CRNP, Medical Director
Morgan Gale graduated from the Scholars Program of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology in 2001. Shortly thereafter, he entered the field of cosmetic lasers. He received his Nursing Degree from Howard Community College in Columbia, Maryland, and began performing laser treatments in 2007. As an RN in 2008 Morgan opened his first laser center in Bethesda, Maryland where he performed hundreds of cosmetic laser treatments. In 2016 he graduated from Walden University with a Master’s Degree as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. In 2018 Morgan founded Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center as a culmination of his work with cosmetic lasers and injectables.
Morgan has received a Board Certification from the American Board of Laser Surgery in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Laser Surgery and has been elected a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He received his “Expert Injector” status from Galderma, maker of Restylane injectable products, in 2012. He was named an Allergan Medical Institute trainer and speaker in 2020. He travels the East Coast training and educating other providers on the science and proper use of Botox ™ and Juvederm ™ injectables. He received the Aesthetic Everything Award for Top Nurse Practitioner and Top Medical Spa in 2019 and 2020. He has been named a top health and beauty practitioner in DC Magazine in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center has also been recognized by DMV residents as the top laser and skin care center in the region. Morgan has been performing cosmetic laser and injectable treatments for over twenty three years. He has experience in over 30 different laser systems and injectable treatments.
When he is not working he spends his free time with his wife Nicole and two children Gage and Mia. They especially love traveling to see their families in New Jersey and North Carolina where they enjoy relaxing at the beach.
Sheila Dunton
Practice Administrator
Sheila Dunton attended school at Montgomery College and the University of Maryland where she studied Accounting and Sociology. She is currently the Practice Administrator at Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center, located in N. Bethesda and Annapolis, Maryland with an office opening in Arlington, Virginia.
With multiple years of business management experience, she firmly believes that effective practice management goes beyond traditional approaches. Sheila believes that her successes as a Practice Administrator can only be as good as her team and feels that input from all team members is crucial for true business growth and development.
Sheila fully aligns with the practice’s core belief that listening to the patient is where the true journey begins. In addition to her role as Practice Administrator, Sheila is an exercise enthusiast and enjoys spending her free time with her children, grandchildren and friends.
Sarah Shuey
Aesthetics Nurse, BSN, CRNP
Sarah Shuey, BSN, CRNP, is a practicing clinical aesthetics nurse at Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center (AALC). Sarah is a 2020 BSN graduate from York College of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and has been a part of the practice at AALC since 2022, serving in various clinical capacities.
Sarah’s approach to aesthetics focuses on creating customized solutions tailored to each patient’s goals. She is a lifelong student of healthcare and the practice of aesthetics.
Isabella Wilson
Licensed Aesthetician, LMA
Bella is a highly skilled and passionate Licensed Aesthetician (LMA) with certifications as a permanent makeup artist and professional makeup artist. With over 2 years of experience in the esthetics field, Bella began at the Southeastern Esthetics program, where she honed her craft and later delved into advanced studies in esthetics.
She holds certifications in laser treatments, permanent makeup application, microneedling, and medical depth peels. Bella is committed to empowering every client to feel confident in their skin.
