AESTHETICS TRAINING OFFERINGS
Shadow
Experience a typical day in the life of an aesthetic nurse practitioner through our shadow program. Spend 6-8 hours observing various procedures and patient interactions. While this is not a training day, we’re happy to answer any questions you may have at the end of the day. We aim to provide a realistic view of the workflow, tasks, and patient management involved as a sole provider.
8-Hour Shadow Day – $1800
One-on-One
Our private 1:1 training is customized to your specific needs and can range from 4 to 8 hours. Whether you’re new to injecting or looking to enhance your skills, we’ll work with you to achieve your goals. Prior to the training, we’ll have a 15-minute virtual prep meeting to assess your needs and ensure that your time is optimized. You can choose to come to Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center or we can come to your practice.
Group Training
In our group training sessions, you and your team will have the opportunity to learn together in an intimate setting. This setting encourages team building and provides a safe environment to ask questions. We’ll collaborate with you to determine your training needs, review content and artifacts for enhanced learning, and plan logistics. Our custom-tailored sessions can include hands-on practice, product training, and even working with models if needed.
Consulting
We are passionate about sharing our experience and knowledge with others. If you have questions about opening your practice, making changes within your current practice, or need guidance on practice management, we are here to help. Morgan (Founder/Nurse Practitioner) and Sheila (Practice Manager) are available for virtual consultations or can facilitate an onsite experience to address your needs.

MEET THE EXPERTS
MORGAN GALE
CRNP, MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Morgan Gale graduated from the University of Maryland Scholars Program with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology in 2001. Shortly after that, he entered the field of cosmetic lasers. Morgan received his Nursing Degree from Howard Community College in Columbia, Maryland, and began performing laser treatments in 2007. As an RN in 2008, he opened his first laser center in Bethesda, Maryland, where he performed hundreds of cosmetic laser treatments. In 2016, he graduated from Walden University with a Master’s Degree as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. In 2018, Morgan founded the Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center, culminating his work with cosmetic lasers and injectables. Morgan has received a Board Certification from the American Board of Laser Surgery in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Laser Surgery and has been elected a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He received his “Expert Injector” status from Galderma, maker of Restylane injectable products, in 2012. He was named an Allergan Medical Institute trainer and speaker. Morgan is a PACE trainer for Revanesse USA (makers of Versa). He travels the East Coast, training and educating other providers on the science and proper use of Botox and Juvederm injectables. He was named a top health and beauty practitioner in DC Magazine in 2020. He received the Aesthetic Everything Award for Top Nurse Practitioner and Top Medical Spa in 2019 and 2020. Morgan has been performing cosmetic laser and injectable treatments for over twenty years. He has experience in over 30 different laser systems and injectable treatments.
SHEILA DUNTON
PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR
Sheila Dunton studied Accounting and Sociology at Montgomery College and the University of Maryland. She is currently the Practice Administrator at Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center, located in N. Bethesda and Annapolis, Maryland, with an office opening in Arlington, Virginia, later this year. With multiple years of business management experience, she firmly believes that effective practice management goes beyond traditional approaches. Sheila believes that her successes as a practice Administrator can only be as good as her team, and feels that input from all team members is crucial for successful business growth and development. Sheila fully aligns with the practice’s core belief that listening to the patient is where the journey begins. In addition to her role as Practice Administrator, Sheila is an exercise enthusiast and enjoys spending her free time with her children, grandchildren and friends. Her passion, coupled with her extensive healthcare management skills, continues to drive the success and growth of Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center.
